Fractional Investor Relations · Prague
Investor relations for the climb from Start to the Prime Market.
Most Czech issuers don't need a full-time IR department. They need a senior IR partner who owns the function for the moments that move investor perception — for about three days a month.
The Prague Stock Exchange ladder
Wherever you are on the exchange, IR is what carries you up.
From a first listing on Start to the disclosure expectations of the Prime Market — each rung asks more of how you communicate with investors.
Start
First listing
Equity story, first investor presentation, IR basics in place.
Free
Building a base
Consistent reporting and a credible investor narrative.
Standard
Stepping up
Targeted investor outreach, polished annual report, roadshows.
Prime
The destination
Full disclosure discipline and institutional-grade investor relations.
Why fractional
Full-time IR is overkill for most issuers.
A company on Start, or preparing to list, rarely has the volume to justify a permanent head of IR — yet the moments that shape investor perception are far too important to improvise.
Fractional IR gives you the seniority of a head of investor relations — the equity story, the disclosure judgement, the investor and analyst relationships — without the cost and overhead of a full-time hire. You get the right person in the room exactly when it matters.
What you actually need
- ·About three days a month
- ·A point of contact for investors & analysts
- ·An investor presentation
- ·Results materials — press release, key messages, Q&A
- ·An annual report
- ·An IR website
- ·A clear equity story & investor targeting
On your side of the table
An in-house IR function — without the in-house hire.
I'm not a bank or a broker. I'm not pitching for deal fees or a mandate behind the advice.
My only role is your investor relations. That means I can step in as the day-to-day point of contact your investors and sell-side analysts deal with — and take that load off your CFO and CEO — whether you're climbing toward Prime or already there.

Materials that hold up in front of institutions, plus roadshow prep.

Preparing for the disclosure and IR demands of the move to the main market.

Build
We put the foundations in place — equity story, presentation, IR website and annual report — to a market-ready standard.
Run
I own the ongoing IR — results materials, regular disclosure, and day-to-day investor and analyst contact — for about three days a month cumulatively.
The fractional retainer
Senior IR capacity on a predictable monthly basis — the natural model once the foundations are built. Scales up around results, roadshows and the move to the main market.
Experience
Built on the real thing, not the theory.
More than fifteen years on the issuer side — across Prague, London and Amsterdam, through IPOs, bond issuances and reporting under real market scrutiny.
Head of IR at a FTSE 250 group
Directed investor relations and communications at New World Resources, a FTSE 250 mining group of 10,000+ employees — with an award-winning Debt IR programme.
IPO prospectus & readiness
Coordinated the IPO prospectus for České Radiokomunikace, and led IPO-readiness — then a successful exit — at AURES Holdings.
Numerous bond issuances
Led communications across numerous bond issuances — offering memorandums and investor roadshows — at Allwyn and earlier at New World Resources.
Has run this before
Founded and ran an IR consultancy serving small-cap clients across Prague, Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest and Sofia.
IR functions built from zero
Established investor relations departments from the ground up, including at Unipetrol — process, disclosure rules and team.
Award-winning IR
Voted Best IR Manager in the Czech Republic, with further awards and FTSE 250 recognition for annual report and corporate website.
In their words
Recommendations from investors, analysts and peers.
A true master of the investor relations profession, with outstanding financial analysis skills — always quick to respond, always precise and concise. I regard Radek as the number one IR manager in the Czech Republic, by a wide margin.
I covered the company on the sell side for several years, and Radek was my most valuable contact — always prepared, always well-informed, always available, especially during price-moving events.
One of the most helpful, proactive, accessible and honest IR people I've worked with on the sell side — even when there was negative newsflow on the company he represented.
Radek is the right person for his employer at a time of major market duress. Whatever he does next, he'll bring that to the job — by now, he has seen it all.
Radek has great knowledge of the business and the market — and he picks up the phone even when we had a negative view on the stock, which isn't always the case with other IRs in the region.
One of the top investor relations professionals I've come across — smart, precise, with a deep understanding of stakeholder dialogue, and a great team player.
About
Radek Němeček
I'm a senior investor relations and M&A practitioner based in Prague, with more than fifteen years on the issuer side of the capital markets — including Head of IR at a FTSE 250 group, numerous bond issuances, an IPO prospectus, and an IPO-readiness mandate that became a successful exit. Underpinning all of it is a strong financial background — I read the numbers as fluently as the narrative, which is what makes an equity story credible.
I've also founded and run an IR consultancy before, serving small-cap clients across Central and Eastern Europe — so fractional IR isn't a pivot for me, it's something I've built and delivered. I started this practice because most Czech companies stepping onto, or up through, the Prague Stock Exchange need exactly this expertise — but not on a full-time payroll. I work in Czech and English, and in German.
